Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 31, 2026  |  Last Updated: July 31, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by PRO 411, LLC ("PRO 411," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By accessing our website, scheduling a call, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Description of Services

PRO 411 provides veteran benefits education and claims navigation support to help veterans understand and pursue VA disability compensation claims. Our services are delivered through a series of scheduled appointments and related educational resources.

PRO 411 operates on a contingency-fee basis as further described in Section 4.

3. Not a Law Firm; No Attorney-Client Relationship

PRO 411 is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Nothing in these Terms, on our website, or in any communication with PRO 411 creates an attorney-client relationship. Our services are educational and administrative in nature, intended to help veterans understand and navigate the VA disability claims process.

PRO 411 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. Veterans may also seek free assistance with VA claims from Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) and VA-accredited attorneys or claims agents.

4. Fees

PRO 411 provides certain services on a contingency-fee basis, meaning fees are contingent on specific outcomes as described in your individual service agreement. Our fee arrangements are structured to comply with Fla. Stat. §501.9741 and other applicable law governing fees for VA disability benefits assistance. Specific fee terms, amounts, and conditions will be set out in a separate written service agreement provided to you before any fee obligation arises. Nothing on our website constitutes a binding fee agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

PRO 411 cannot and does not guarantee any particular outcome, rating percentage, approval, or timeline in connection with any VA disability claim. VA decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs based on the evidence in your claim. Any examples, testimonials, or discussions of past results are illustrative only and do not predict or guarantee future results.

6. Client Responsibilities

To help us assist you effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your service history, medical conditions, and claim status
  • Timely upload requested documents (such as current VA ratings and VA decision letters) through the client portal
  • Communicate with PRO 411 through the client portal as the primary channel, unless we direct you otherwise
  • Attend scheduled appointments, or provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule
  • Independently verify any information filed with the VA before submission where requested to do so

7. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our online scheduling tools. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to receive confirmation and reminder communications related to that appointment.

8. Client Portal and Communications

PRO 411 uses a secure client portal as the primary method of communication for case updates, document exchange, and instructions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials and for promptly reviewing and responding to portal messages. Email may be used where specifically appropriate but is not a substitute for portal-based communication on matters related to your claim.
