Who We Are

Meet the Team

Steven Goris

Founder

Steven Goris is the founder of PRO 411, LLC and a U.S. Army combat veteran who served from 2010 to 2016, including two deployments to Afghanistan. During his military service, he served in the Field Artillery, where he experienced firsthand the sacrifices and challenges that come with military service.

For more than 10 years, Steven has dedicated his career to helping veterans understand and navigate the VA disability claims process. He began as a Veteran Service Officer, assisting veterans and their families with VA disability claims, and later became an appellate writer, preparing appeals before the Board of Veterans' Appeals. These experiences gave him an in-depth understanding of VA laws, regulations, rating criteria, and the evidence needed to build strong claims.

Throughout his career, Steven has worked with veterans in a variety of settings, including correctional facilities, nursing homes, and community outreach programs. He has helped veterans at every stage of the claims process, from initial applications to complex appeals, and has seen firsthand how life-changing the right education and strategy can be.

Today, Steven leads PRO 411 with a simple mission: to educate veterans so they can confidently navigate the VA disability system. He believes veterans deserve more than someone who simply fills out forms, they deserve to understand the process, know what evidence matters, and make informed decisions about their claims.

Over the past decade, Steven has helped generate millions of dollars in additional VA disability compensation and back pay for veterans. His approach is built on education, strategy, integrity, and a genuine commitment to those who served.

Whether you're filing your first claim, appealing a denial, or pursuing an increase, Steven's goal is to provide the knowledge, guidance, and support needed to help you pursue the benefits you've earned through your service.
